Chipped Beef

This chipped beef recipe, reminds me of my childhood, we at those Banquet frozen chipped beef over white bread.

It was such a warm comfort food, so I decided to create a keto/low carb version of the recipe.

It is so creamy, buttery and stick to your ribs meal.

The whole family will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

2- jars dried beef (5 ounces)

3 cups half n half

2 tsp xanthan gum

2 Tbsp butter

1 tsp sea salt

1- 1/2 tsp black pepper

9 keto biscuits

DIRECTIONS:

In a large frying pan, turn heat to medium high.

Add butter, half n half and xanthan gum, continue to stir until butter is melted and sauce has thickened, slice dried beef and add to the sauce.

Add pepper, continue to cook a couple more minutes and pour over keto biscuits.
