INGREDIENTS:

6- 1-2 ounce roast beef slices

6 large asparagus spears

3 mozzarella string cheese, cut in halves

6- 1/8 tsp horseradish

6- 1/8 tsp au Jus powder or beef bouillon cube

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a big baking sheet.

Rinse the asparagus spears. Lay each piece of roast beef on the parchment paper and add 1/2 cheese slice, 1/8 tsp horseradish, 1/8 au Jus powder or 1/8 of a beef bouillon cube, and asparagus spear up and down the middle of the piece of roast beef.

Roll each piece of roast beef as tightly as you can so everything when cooked stays in better.

Place in the oven and cook 10-15 minutes or done to your liking. Serve with any side dish or eat alone as any meal.
