Asian Lettuce Wraps

These a copycats of P.F Chang’s lettuce wraps, they have been altered to serve all of you low-carb or keto lovers.

They are very close to the real thing, and taste wonderful. It is hard to stop eating these.

INGREDIENTS:

1 head Butter lettuce

1 pound ground chicken, minced

3 Tbsps Bragg’s liquid amino’s

Pinch baking soda

1 Tbsp avocado oil

1 pound mushrooms, minced

1/2 cup yellow onions, diced finely

1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped

5 green onions, chopped fine

8 cloves garlic, crushed

1/3 cup keto hoisin sauce

1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the ground chicken in a medium frying pan, on medium heat with the avocado oil, for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add all of the rest of the ingredients, cook for another 5 minutes, and turn the heat down to simmer.

Add meat mixture to lettuce wraps and enjoy.
