Keto Biscuits

These keto biscuits are so cheesy, crunchy easy to make and use only a few ingredients.

Can be whipped up for breakfast and add some of our keto sausage gravy to them or put a slab of keto cinnamon sugar butter on top.

The cheese makes these keto biscuits tender soft in the middles and gives it a cruncky cheesy bottom crust.

Serves 9

Each serving 2 Tablespoons is only 1.56 net carbs, 3 total carbs, 1.44 grams fiber, 13.23 grams fat, 5.67 grams protein, and 155.77 calories. (does not include the optional items below)

Ingredients:

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 tsp baking powder

4 eggs

1/4 cup butter, salted & melted

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp avocado oil spray

2 tsp jalapeno, diced (optional)

2 tsp bacon, diced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, melt butter, add coconut flour, seasonings, cheddar cheese, baking powder, and eggs, mix until well.
  3. Add either parchment paper or a silicone mat to a large cookie sheet.
  4. Scoop 9 round balls onto the cookie sheet and press down lightly, but not flat, as they will cook better.
  5. Cook for 13-15 minutes watching to make sure they are golden brown but not burnt.
  6. Take out of the oven and let cool.
  7. Can be eaten alone or with our keto sausage gravy.
