Grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

These grilled portobello mushrooms are the quickest meal ever. Stuff them and pop them onto the BBQ and you have a cheesy amazing meal.

INGREDIENTS:

2 large portobello mushrooms

4 sun dried tomatoes, julienned

1 garlic clove, diced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 tsps butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:

Turn on BBQ on high and wait until it reaches 350 degrees.

In the meantime, wash the inside of the portobellos.

Add half of the ingredients into each portobello.

Place the portobello mushrooms on the grill and cook until the cheese has melted down into the mushrooms. (About 3-5 minutes)

Pull off the BBQ and let sit for a couple of minutes and serve.
