Baked Artichoke Hearts

These artichoke hearts are so easy to whip up and are very tasty for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:

1- 15 ounce can artichoke hearts– drained

3 Tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp truffle seasoning

1 cup ground pork rinds

1 cup parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place artichokes into a bowl and take a paper towel and squeeze out the excess water.

Melt butter in a sauce pan and add truffle seasoning to it. Pour into a small bowl.

In a medium sized bowl add parmesan cheese and ground pork rind.

Take each quartered piece of artichoke heart and dip each into the butter mixture and then the dry mixture.

Place on a cookie sheet and add parchment paper.

Bake 30-40 minutes or until crispy. Serve
