INGREDIENTS:
4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Tbsps ranch blue cheese dressing
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Take the romaine lettuce and place it on the grill, watch it closely as it will burn very easy.
Flip to the other side every 30 seconds or so for about 3-5 minutes.
Place romaine lettuce on a long salad plate, two leaves on one side and two on the other.
Add the dressing, bacon and balsamic vinegar and serve.
