This keto rye bread is a nice change from other keto bread.
It is a rich and dark in color for the “mock rye” look.
This keto rye bread can be used for many things, keto Reubens, keto patty melts, keto rye croutons or just dipping into keto cinnamon sugar butter.
This recipe can be doubled for a bigger piece of bread to make sandwiches. But the nutritional value will change.

Serves 6
Each serving 2 slices: only 2.17 net carbs, 9.5 total carbs, 7 grams fiber, 21.83 grams fat, 9 grams protein, and 273.17 calories
Ingredients:
3 large eggs, room temp
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp maple extract
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
12 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 Tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
3 drops Oooflavors rye bread flavoring
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Mix dry ingredients into a small bowl.
4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, incorporate well.
Add parchment paper to a bread loaf pan, spray sides with coconut oil spray
Spread bread mixture evenly into loaf pan, add the everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the bread dough.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Cool, slice and enjoy!
