These keto rye croutons are great on our keto Reuben soup, salads or just as a crunchy snack.
It makes you feel good being able to have some bread on the keto diet, or for a low carb treat.
Serves 5
Each serving: 2 net carbs, 32.8 grams fat, 15 grams protein, 364 calories
Ingredients:
4 slices keto rye bread
2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
pinch salt & pepper
1 stick butter, softened
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients kindly so you do not break the keto rye cubes.
Place all of the croutons onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
